The Team & Role

As an engineer on the Context Model Core team, you will shape the foundation powering the future of Enterprise AI and Process Intelligence. We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to build the core capabilities for the Celonis Context Model, developing next-generation user-facing tools and robust backend services.

You will tackle full-stack engineering challenges end-to-end, from designing scalable microservices in Java (Spring Boot) to building rich, interactive UI components in Angular and TypeScript. You will work closely with product and design to transform abstract data modeling into fast, reliable, and joyful user experiences.

Product Focus

• Build core platform capabilities for the Celonis Context Model.
• Enable customers to model business processes as they operate in reality.
• Add semantic meaning to business data and make it efficiently queryable.
• Partner with AI/ML teams to simplify and accelerate context modeling.
• Enable connected, enterprise-wide process insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of product development experience with a strong track record of technical leadership.
• Deep experience in architecting complex, distributed systems with large-scale data performance challenges.
• Proven success in consistently delivering high-quality output and elevating team performance.
• Ability to translate vague product requirements into concrete, executable technical roadmaps.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Preferred experience:
